These terms govern your use of the 91WhiskeyRx website (91whiskeyrx.com) and, alongside the agreements you accept at intake in our Practice Better patient portal, your enrollment in our programs. By using our website or enrolling in a program, you agree to these terms.
Who We Are
91WhiskeyRx is a veteran-owned, direct-pay functional medicine consulting service, operated by board-certified physicians and delivered virtually. We are not an insurance product, do not bill insurance, and do not accept Medicare or Medicaid.
Our Services
91WhiskeyRx provides health optimization and preventive-care consulting, including lab testing, physician-reviewed health reports, and program access. Our services are advisory in nature and are not a substitute for your primary care physician, specialist care, or emergency services. See our Medical Disclaimer for further detail.
Booking and Payment
Programs are booked and paid for through our patient platform, Practice Better. By booking, you agree to Practice Better's applicable terms in addition to these.
- Subscriptions (e.g. Operator+) may be cancelled at any time. We do not provide refunds for the current billing period once it has started.
- One-time programs and lab fees are non-refundable once lab work has been ordered.
- HSA/FSA: we can provide a Letter of Medical Intent to support HSA/FSA reimbursement; eligibility is ultimately determined by your plan administrator, not by us.
Website Use
You agree to use our website lawfully and not to misuse it — including attempting to disrupt the site, submit false information through our forms, or access data not intended for you. Content on this site (text, graphics, and materials) is owned by 91WhiskeyRx or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Content published on this website — including Field Notes articles, guides, and program descriptions — is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute individualized medical advice. Individualized care is only provided within an established patient relationship through our platform.
