It does not cover the clinical intake, health records, or messaging you complete inside our patient platform, Practice Better — that information is governed separately by HIPAA and by Practice Better's own privacy and security practices, described in the Notice of Privacy Practices you receive at intake.

• Information you give us directly — your name, email address, and message when you submit our contact form, or your name and email when you download a free guide or lead magnet (e.g. the "Find Your Baseline" PDF).

Tools We Use and What They Collect

Our website uses the following third-party services. Each operates under its own privacy policy, linked below:

• Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) — helps us measure the effectiveness of our advertising and understand which pages and actions (such as downloading a guide or viewing our program pricing) result from an ad. Meta may use this data consistent with its own Privacy Policy. You can manage how Meta uses your data for ads through your Facebook Ad Preferences.
• Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager — helps us understand how visitors use our site (pages viewed, time on site, general location) so we can improve it. See Google's Privacy Policy and opt-out options.
• Mailchimp — powers our email newsletter and lead-magnet delivery (including the pop-up guide offer on our homepage). If you provide your email to receive a guide or subscribe to updates, it is stored and processed by Mailchimp under its Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
• Practice Better — our telehealth patient platform, used for scheduling, intake, secure messaging, and payment when you book or purchase a program. When you click through to book, Practice Better collects the information needed to schedule and deliver care, under its own privacy and security practices as a HIPAA-governed platform.
• Netlify Forms — processes submissions from our website contact form and routes them to our inbox.

How We Use Your Information

• To respond to messages sent through our contact form
• To deliver the free guides and content you request
• To send program and health-related updates you've opted into (you can unsubscribe anytime)
• To measure and improve our advertising and website performance
• To operate, secure, and improve our website

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties except the service providers listed above, each of which processes it on our behalf to deliver the functions described.
